Kidz Alive! is a Childrens’ Theatre Group, with members from six years up to fifteen years.

The main aim is for children to have fun, and at the same time gain in confidence.

We meet in Grange United Reformed Church Hall, Southcote, on a Saturday afternoon from 1.45pm - 4.30pm.

We do not meet every Saturday, but dates are always booked well in advance.

The cost for membership is £25 a term.

The children enjoy singing, movement, and theatre workshops. This term the children will be learning more about stage make-up, and having a go themselves.

The children work towards performing for parents , family and friends at an Open Afternoon, usually in June or July. They also always enjoy a Christmas Party.

Kidz Alive! had their first session of the new term on Saturday, 10th September. For one of the workshops the children were shown how to do a "puppet" make-up, and then had a go themselves. They started to learn a String puppet routine, to the music, The Entertainer, with the older children as puppeteers, and the younger ones as the puppets.
